Teach a Class

Are you an artist, chef, maker, musician, teacher, gardener, or hobbyist with a class idea? Local Class Co helps independent instructors share their skills through small, in-person classes.

We’re looking for welcoming, hands-on workshops of all kinds—from one-time events to recurring classes and seasonal offerings. Think: painting, pizza-making, crocheting, songwriting, guitar, collage, writing, ceramics, gardening, family workshops, neighborhood skill shares--whatever you do, offer it up!

Where are classes held?

Classes take place in community spaces, studios, kitchens, outdoor locations, and other venues selected by independent instructors.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation details are listed on each class page. Unless otherwise stated, classes canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or class credit. Classes cancelled within 48 hours of the class start time are not eligible for refunds.

Are classes beginner friendly?

Many are. Each class listing includes details about the experience level, materials, and what to expect.

Can I teach on Local Class Co?

Yes. We welcome proposals from local instructors offering creative, practical, and community-centered classes.

Who teaches the classes?

Classes are taught by independent local instructors who create and run their own offerings through Local Class Co.
